Terms and conditions.
These terms apply to the purchase of web hosting, domains, VPS and other services from Skarya Tech. Please read them before ordering.

1. Parties and contact details
The seller is Skarya Tech, a brand operated by Skaar Media AS, Norwegian organisation number 931 122 398, Stronda 4, 4329 Sandnes, Norway. Email: support@skarya.tech.
The buyer is the consumer or business named as the orderer. These terms, together with your order, form the agreement between seller and buyer.
2. Prices and taxes
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner. For consumers, prices are shown including 25% Norwegian VAT. For businesses, prices are stated excluding VAT, and VAT is added at payment where applicable. Customers outside Norway are billed according to the applicable VAT rules (including reverse charge for businesses in the EU and zero-rated export outside the EU).
The total price, including any taxes, is shown before you confirm your order.
3. Order and conclusion of agreement
The agreement is binding once the order is confirmed and payment has been completed or an invoice has been issued. You receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that the details are correct and contact us if anything is wrong.
4. Payment
We offer payment by Vipps, by payment card via Stripe, and, for some customers, by invoice. Payment is processed by the chosen payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Recurring services (such as web hosting and VPS) are paid in advance for the agreement period. For invoice payment, the due date stated on the invoice applies, normally 14 days.
5. Delivery and provisioning
Services are delivered digitally. Web hosting, VPS and similar services are normally set up immediately or shortly after payment is registered, and access details are sent to your email address. Domain registration is carried out as soon as the order is confirmed and is subject to the registry's own rules.
6. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
Recurring services are sold as a subscription with the chosen period (for example month or year). Unless otherwise agreed, the subscription renews automatically for a new equivalent period until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current paid period by contacting support@skarya.tech. Amounts already paid are not refunded on cancellation unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Material changes to price or terms are notified well in advance of taking effect.
7. Sparks (InLabs)
InLabs is our own analysis tool. “Sparks” are a prepaid usage unit in InLabs, used to run analyses. Every subscription includes a certain number of Sparks per month.
Buying extra Sparks is an optional service for those who want to run more analyses than what is included. We charge for extra usage because each analysis uses server power and resources on our side. Extra Sparks are bought while logged in to the InLabs account with Vipps or card, and are deducted automatically from the balance when you run an analysis. The number of included Sparks and the price of extra Sparks are shown in InLabs.
Sparks can only be used to run analyses in InLabs. They cannot be redeemed for or exchanged into cash, transferred to others, or used for purchases outside InLabs. Unused Sparks are not refunded as money. If you cancel the subscription, access to Sparks ends at the close of the paid period.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act for online purchases. For digital services delivered immediately, we ask for your express consent to begin delivery before the withdrawal period expires. Once the service is fully delivered the right of withdrawal lapses; if delivery begins during the withdrawal period and you then withdraw, we may charge for the part already delivered.
Domain registrations are considered delivered once the domain is registered and cannot then be withdrawn. A withdrawal form and further information are available on request. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by businesses.
9. Complaints and defects
If you discover a fault or defect in the service, contact support@skarya.tech as soon as possible, and at the latest within a reasonable time after the fault was or should have been discovered. We remedy faults for which we are responsible without undue delay. Consumer purchases are governed by Norwegian consumer law.
10. Operation and liability
We aim for high uptime and take daily backups, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced where practical. Our liability is limited to direct loss and up to the amount the customer has paid for the relevant service in the affected period, to the extent permitted by law. The customer is responsible for their own content and for their own backups beyond what the service includes.
11. Dispute resolution
We hope to resolve any disagreement amicably — please contact us first. If that does not succeed, consumers may bring the matter before the Norwegian Consumer Authority/Consumer Council (forbrukerradet.no). Consumers in the EU/EEA may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Disputes are governed by Norwegian law and the Norwegian courts.
12. Privacy
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy, available at /en/privacy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example for new services or changed regulations. The current version is always available here, with the update date at the top. Material changes affecting ongoing agreements are notified by email.
